Our office is open to see patients. We are taking care of patients with urgent needs first, as well as those seeking preventative care.
In order to protect our patients and our team, we have incorporated the new guidelines from: El Dorado Public Health, California Department of Public Health, Cal OSHA, OSHA, CDC, ADA, and CDA. We have also added procedures and equipment not required but approved to keep us all safer. We will be continuing to add equipment and procedures as research validates the use and as they become available.
Dr. Roslund and Staff
Dr. Ted Roslund, a Placerville dentist, has knowledge of both traditional and alternative dental therapies. He grew up as a son and grandson of machinists, which exposed him to hands-on work at a young age. Combined with his interest in biology, he found his passion in the field of dentistry.
In 1981, he began his dental career in the Bay Area. With the guidance of a Pedodontist, Dr. Roslund developed skills working with children, including some with disabilities. In addition, he spent time treating elders at a variety of convalescent hospitals.
Dr. Roslund continued Dental education, but found a desire to learn more. He began studying at the Pankey Institute for Excellence in Dentistry in 1994, where he expanded upon his knowledge of long-lasting and aesthetic dentistry and their impact on the body.
In 2000, Dr. Roslund relocated his Dental practice to Placerville, CA. Dr. Roslund was drawn to Placerville because of the friendliness of the people in this historic town. He moved here to raise his family and experience a more enjoyable quality of life. Dr. Roslund is grateful for openness to becoming a part of the community. In Placerville Dr. Roslund has had the opportunity to get to know his patients.
“Dr. Roslund of Placerville, CA and his team are fantastic. I was referred to them from a friend and it’s been the best dental decision I’ve made. They keep me consistently well-informed and make me feel comfortable; even through my unnerving dental procedures. You can’t go wrong going to their office.” Nicole C.
